Produced by the Psenner distillery, whose tradition dates back several decades, this beverage is made following traditional methods that include macerating San Giovanni green walnuts in pure alcohol.

With an alcohol volume of 40%, Nocino Psenner offers a series of warm and enveloping notes on the palate. On the nose, it stands out for its intense fragrances of walnut, coffee, chocolate, and spices, making it particularly inviting. In taste, it surprises with its pleasant sweetness balanced by a delightful bitter aftertaste that provides perfect balance.
