The Pinot Bianco DOC - Weissburgunder from the Isarco Valley is a white wine that captures the essence of the freshness and minerality typical of the South Tyrolean region. Produced with selected Pinot Bianco grapes, this wine stands out for its elegance and refined balance.

In appearance, it presents a light straw-yellow color with greenish reflections that highlight its freshness. On the nose, the bouquet is fine and complex, with notes of green apple, pear, and a slight hint of fresh almond accompanied by touches of aromatic herbs.

On the palate, the Weissburgunder from the Isarco Valley surprises with its lively acidity and balanced structure. The palate is caressed by a soft texture that harmoniously intertwines with flavors of white-fleshed fruits and a persistent mineral touch that invites another sip.

This wine is ideal as an aperitif or paired with light appetizers, fish and seafood, and Mediterranean dishes. The recommended serving temperature is 8-10°C to enhance all its nuances.

The Isarco Valley, known for its sandy soils and cool climate, is the ideal terroir for cultivating Pinot Bianco, where the grapes slowly ripen, developing a rich aromatic profile and a pleasant freshness that is reflected in the distinctive character of this wine.
