Pairing Pairs with many foods; especially meat dishes
This Pinot Blanc, offered by Weingut Frank and linked to Herrnbaumgarten, shows a bright straw‑yellow colour. On the nose there are notes of white‑fleshed fruit, apple and ripe pear, hints of white blossoms and a discreet mineral touch. On the palate it displays good linearity: light‑to‑medium body, restrained freshness and a balance that favors clarity over extreme complexity. The structure is slim yet present, with a slight salinity that supports the sip and a fruity return on the finish, encouraging another taste.

It is a bottle suited to aperitifs and to accompany light fish dishes, composed salads and gently seasoned vegetarian preparations. It is enjoyable young to appreciate its liveliness, but can also handle short pairings with warm, creamy dishes. Also pairs well with shellfish, fresh cheeses and delicate Asian cuisine. Best served cool, around 8–10 °C, in a tulip glass, avoiding overly intense seasonings that might overwhelm its restrained character.
