This wine is a real hidden gem among the Tuscan hills, specifically in the Poggio della Dogana area. "Dulcinea" stands out for its meticulous and limited production, encapsulated in 50cl bottles that preserve all the intensity and freshness of the wine.

Dulcinea is a white wine of great elegance, whose harvest is carried out entirely by hand, ensuring the selection of the best grapes. The winemaking process follows traditional methods but with the aid of modern technology to preserve the grape's natural aromas.

On the nose, Dulcinea presents a rich and complex aromatic bouquet. Notes of white-fleshed fruits such as peaches and pears blend with floral accents and a subtle mineral sensation that adds depth and persistence. On the palate, it is immediately fresh and vibrant, with an impeccable balance between acidity and savoriness, making it exceptionally inviting and enjoyable to drink.

Its structure allows it to pair brilliantly with a variety of dishes, excelling with seafood, grilled fish, and fresh cheeses. An ideal choice for those wishing to explore a Tuscan white wine that best expresses the terroir of a lesser-known but highly valuable wine-producing area.

The tasting experience of Dulcinea is enhanced by the fact that it is a wine to be discovered and loved, perfect for special evenings or as a meaningful gift for wine enthusiasts in search of unique and characterful labels.
