Poggio Marù presents a Primitivo Salento Rosato IGP with a luminous powder-pink color, opening with aromas of ripe small red fruits and delicate floral hints. On the nose it is direct but not banal: cherry, raspberry and a trace of Mediterranean herbs emerge with good clarity. On the palate it is slim and immediate, supported by a lively acidity that maintains freshness and drinkability; the body is light, with a gentle softness that balances the savory finish. The persistence remains pleasant, with fruity returns that invite a second glass.

It is well suited to be enjoyed chilled, ideal for aperitivo or to accompany summer dishes: seafood salads, shellfish, grilled fish and delicate cold cuts find a good balance with its unobtrusive personality. Serve around 10-12°C in a large glass to appreciate its brightness and aromatic clarity. It is a rosé that focuses on easy drinking without sacrificing character and pleasure.
