The Rosè Cuvee Alto Adige DOC by Bergmannhof comes from one of the most suitable areas in Northern Italy, where the alpine climate and temperature variation favor the production of elegant and fragrant wines. This rosé is born from the blend of indigenous grape varieties typical of the Alto Adige territory, capable of offering a delicate yet rich aromatic profile, with hints of small red fruits and fresh flowers.

The white vinification process, with a short maceration on the skins, gives the wine a pale pink color and a balanced structure, characterized by pleasant acidity and a soft finish. The aging takes place in steel, to preserve the freshness and purity of the aromas, ideal to enhance the minerality typical of Dolomite soils.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, white meats, or summer salads, this rosè best expresses the lightness and liveliness of Alto Adige in a bottle.
