Rosso L'Ala Del Drago from Luretta is a red wine designed to deliver an immediate yet multifaceted drinking experience. With a bright ruby color, it opens on the nose with aromas of ripe red fruit, light spicy notes and a background of dried flowers. On the palate it shows a balanced structure, present but well-integrated tannins and an acidity that supports the sip. The finish is clean, with fruity echoes that invite another glass.

It pairs with a variety of dishes: grilled meats, stews, cured cold cuts and semi-firm cheeses; it is also interesting with everyday cooking. Serve at moderate temperature in a wide glass to enhance its aromas and softness. It suits those seeking a versatile red for informal occasions or a meal with friends, and works both for early drinking and for those exploring different pairings. Store in a cool, dark place.

Winery history
The story of Luretta began with the Salamini family's investment in the hills of Val Luretta: land restored and vineyards planted from the late 1980s, leading to the transformation of the business into an established wine estate and the subsequent opening of the winery and tasting rooms at Castello di Momeliano. Over the years, the owners and technical management have focused on raising quality and on enhancing labels such as Gutturnio and Metodo Classico sparkling wines.
Production philosophy
Luretta works with an approach aimed at expressing the terroir: organic viticulture, selecting the grape variety best suited to each vineyard, carefully timed harvesting and targeted winemaking. It oversees aging in wood when necessary and produces traditional method sparkling wines as well as still wines, prioritizing typicity and quality.
