Mon Rouge is a red wine by Les Crêtes, presented under the Valle d’Aosta IGT designation. Its name clearly indicates the wine category and the origin stated on the label. No further information is available here about the vintage, grape varieties or production methods. It is therefore best assessed on the basis of the essential product details, without attributing undocumented taste characteristics to it. The bottle may appeal to those wishing to explore a red wine from the Les Crêtes range and who prefer to guide their choice by the menu and the information on the label.

IGT identifies an Italian wine category linked to a geographical indication; on its own, it does not reveal the grape varieties or a specific style. For serving, follow any guidance provided on the bottle. If none is available, a moderate temperature is a cautious approach for a red wine, avoiding serving it too warm. At the table, it can be tried with savoury dishes, meat or moderately aged cheeses, allowing the tasting and preparation to guide the pairing. No details are available about its structure, aromas or intensity, so these suggestions are general and do not describe a specific profile for Mon Rouge. For a more precise choice, consult the technical sheet or the producer’s full product information.

Winery history
The Charrère family has been connected to local viticulture for generations; the commercial company Les Crêtes was founded by Costantino Charrère in 1989 in Aymavilles. Over time the company has championed at-risk native grape varieties and planted vineyards in several municipalities across the valley, later passing into the management of the family's next generations.
