Sangiovese di Romagna DOC Superiore - 375ml - Centurione - Ferrucci is one of the most authentic and refined expressions of the Sangiovese variety grown in the fertile lands of Romagna. It combines tradition and modernity, offering an unforgettable organoleptic experience.

The selection of Sangiovese grapes for Centurione is carried out with meticulous care, and only the best clusters are chosen to produce this wine. Once harvested, the grapes undergo traditional fermentation in large stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, to preserve all the aromatic nuances of the variety. Afterwards, the wine matures in wooden barrels for several months, gaining complexity and harmony.

Visually, Ferrucci's Sangiovese di Romagna DOC Superiore boasts an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections that intensify with aging. On the nose, it opens with a profusion of aromas ranging from ripe red fruit such as cherries and plums, to hints of sweet spices and a subtle note of tobacco and leather, derived from barrel aging.

On the palate, the Sangiovese di Romagna DOC Superiore Centurione reveals a robust yet balanced body, characterized by good acidity and fine tannins. The flavor is rich, with a beautiful aromatic persistence that mirrors the olfactory sensations, enriched by a light mineral vein that adds freshness and elegance.

This wine is ideal to pair with classic Italian dishes, such as pasta with ragù, roasted meats, and aged cheeses. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of about 18°C to fully appreciate its structure and depth of flavors.

The 375ml size of Sangiovese di Romagna DOC Superiore - Centurione - Ferrucci is perfect for those who wish to enjoy an excellent glass of red wine without having to open an entire bottle, preserving the wine's freshness and integrity for longer.
