Schiava is an indigenous grape variety of ancient origins, traditionally cultivated in the mountainous areas of Trentino Alto-Adige. This wine stands out for its delicate aromas of red fruits, particularly raspberry and cherry, with slight floral notes of violet and a light touch of almond. The winemaking follows traditional methods that respect and enhance the varietal character of the Schiava grape.
On the palate, Pilzer's Schiava wine is pleasantly fresh, with a remarkable balance between acidity and soft tannins, making it extremely drinkable and enjoyable. Its light structure and delicately fruity aftertaste make it ideal as a pairing for light dishes of white meat, cold cuts, or even as an aperitif.
Serve at a temperature of about 14-16°C to enjoy it at its best. This bottle is an excellent choice for those looking for a fruity red wine that is not too demanding, yet possesses a distinctive personality that speaks of the deep roots of a territory rich in winemaking history.
With Pilzer's Schiava wine, each sip becomes an opportunity to travel through the Trentino landscapes, savoring the history and culture of a unique region.
