This description therefore stays with the stated details, without attributing unverifiable aromas, body or tasting characteristics to the wine.

At the table, it may be considered alongside fish dishes, starters and vegetarian recipes, with balanced flavours and seasonings. These are general suggestions for a white wine: the most suitable pairing will depend on the particular dish and the preferences of those serving it. Winery history
Gianfranco Fino began his work in 2004 by buying a small Primitivo vineyard and, over time, expanded the estate by rescuing old, local vines. The winery quickly gained a strong reputation thanks to the Primitivo "Es", which became its flagship wine and drew the attention of international critics.
