The Riserva Ambrosia Moscatel offers an intensely aromatic experience on the palate, where scents of raisins, figs, and dates merge with sweet notes of honey and caramel, creating an almost mystical balance. The texture is velvety and dense, almost syrupy, typical of an excellent aged Moscatel.
The wine's color is a deep amber, reflecting brightness and richness. In tasting, this Sherry begins with a sweet attack that gradually gives way to a pleasant acidic freshness, revealing an extremely complex and layered body. Its lingering flavors and long, pleasantly sweet aftertaste make it an ideal companion for rich desserts, such as fruit cakes and crème brûlée, but it can be equally surprising as an aperitif served with blue cheeses or dried fruit.
We recommend serving it slightly chilled, between 12 and 14 degrees Celsius, to enhance all its nuances. Each sip of the Sherry Romate Riserva Ambrosia Moscatel is a journey into Spanish winemaking tradition, a masterpiece created to delight the most refined senses.
