The Sivi Pinot of Cantina Erzetiĉ represents an elegant expression of the pinot grigio grape variety in its most refined form. Coming from vineyards cared for with meticulous attention, this wine is born in a suitable territory, where the cool microclimate and particularly draining soils give the cluster an extraordinary quality.

The Sivi Pinot is characterized by aging in steel tanks that preserve the freshness and minerality typical of pinot grigio, maintaining its aromatic liveliness intact. In the glass, it presents a bright straw color, while on the nose it opens with delicate notes of white-fleshed fruit and floral hints, accompanied by a pleasant balsamic nuance.

On the palate, it offers a perfect balance between vibrant acidity and softness, enhancing the savory and harmonious character. Ideal paired with fish dishes, shellfish, and light appetizers, it best expresses the potential of its territory of origin.

Winery history
The Erzetič family has been in Višnjevik for centuries: the family estate has documented historical roots dating back to 1725 and in recent decades has been revitalised by the younger generations. The winery blends the traditional heritage of terraced vineyards with investments in the cellar and projects to transition to ecological practices.
Production philosophy
The approach combines respect for the land with contemporary techniques: careful viticultural practices, stainless-steel vinification for fresh wines, and selected ageing in oak barrels and large buried amphorae to express terroir and longevity.
Terroir and vineyards
Situated in Višnjevik, Goriška Brda, the estate cultivates terraced vineyards on soils rich in marls and laporti, with flysch formations. The microclimate is influenced by the proximity of the Adriatic Sea and alpine currents, factors that contribute to the minerality and acidity typical of the local wines.
Awards and recognitions
The winery has received recognition in international competitions; public listings include medals at the Decanter World Wine Awards for some labels, including the Rebula in some editions.
