Pairing Aperitifs, light appetizers, fish
This Metodo Ancestrale rosé sparkling wine presents a pale, transparent pink color and a fine, gentle effervescence that doesn’t seek excess. In the glass it offers aromas of wild strawberry, fresh cherry and a hint of meadow flowers, supported by a light bready note that recalls the freshness of the ancestral process. It’s a wine of pleasant immediacy, where freshness and sapidity hold structure and lightness together without weighing it down. The ancestral method gives it a straightforward character and a slight rustic accent, enjoyable in its spontaneity.

On the palate it is smooth, with a caress of red fruit and an acidic tension that invites the next sip; the discreet bubbles make the finish savory and clean. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs very well with delicate fish dishes, summer salads and fresh cheeses, but also stands up to more flavorful preparations such as light cured meats. It is also suited to sharing informal moments, from brunch to a meal on the terrace; serve cold, not iced, to appreciate its fragrance. Excellent for those seeking a spontaneous, direct and easy-drinking sparkling wine.
