Cascahuin Tequila Plata presents a sharp, direct profile, typical of the blanco category: on the nose fresh agave dominates, accompanied by citrus notes of lime and grapefruit and a light herbaceous touch. There’s a peppery, mineral element that gives character without weighing it down, while the cleanliness of the aromas makes it immediate and pleasant. The palate is bright, suited to those seeking a sincere tequila ready for use in cocktails or for a no-frills tasting.

On the palate it confirms the freshness: lively entry, balanced savoriness and a softness that keeps the sip easy-drinking; the body remains slim but present, with a persistent, clean finish that releases citrus echoes and a slight spicy warmth. It lends itself well to mixing — a successful margarita starts from such a clean base — but it also stands up to neat drinking, slightly chilled in a small glass. Ideal pairings: seafood dishes, ceviche and light Mexican cuisine.
