The Teroldego by Pilzer has a penetrating and complex aroma, with predominant notes of wild berries, especially blueberries and raspberries, followed by hints of violet and delicate spices, such as black pepper and licorice. Aging in wooden barrels adds nuances of vanilla and toasting that harmonize the wine's olfactory bouquet.
On the palate, it is balanced and enveloping, with soft but well-structured tannins that provide a pleasant aromatic persistence. The acidity is well-balanced, ensuring freshness and making this Teroldego particularly suitable to accompany rich and flavorful meals.
Pilzer winery, with its long winemaking tradition in the heart of the Dolomites, takes care of every stage of production with dedication and respect for the land, making each bottle a testament to the quality and characteristics of the territory. The 70cl Teroldego is a wine to be enjoyed on special occasions or gifted to lovers of structured and characterful reds.
