The Tressallier Brut is an excellent expression of the charm and elegance that can be found in a high-quality sparkling wine. Produced using the traditional method and utilizing a less common grape variety, Tressallier, this sparkling wine captures the essence of a unique terroir rich in history.

On the nose, the Tressallier Brut reveals an intriguing aromatic palette, with notes of white flowers, green apple, and subtle hints of toasted bread, a testament to its bottle aging. On the palate, it presents a balanced structure, with a lively freshness that leads to a persistent and refined effervescence. It pairs beautifully with appetizers and light dishes, particularly enhancing the flavors of seafood and fresh starters.

The versatility and elegance of the Tressallier Brut make it ideal for special occasions or as a refined gift for wine lovers seeking something unique and distinctive. Its careful production process and the choice of rare grapes make it a remarkable example in its category.

Vineyard focused on the native Tressallier grape variety. Family-run estate managed by Jean Teissèdre, Sophie and Jérôme Roux. Wine tourism activities: themed trails, winery tours, and an educational program related to truffle cultivation. Production declared according to organic practices; organic conversion and references to biodynamic practices in official communications. Since 2023, a microbrewery and cereal production for local use have also been reported.
Winery history
The estate is linked to the Teissèdre family: Olivier has been involved with the estate since the late 20th century, and his children gradually developed on-site winemaking. Sources from the domaine indicate the family began cultivating vines in the late 1980s, with Jean, Sophie and Jérôme later joining the estate; they now manage its operations.
Production philosophy
Low-impact practices: hand-tended vines, care for soil health, and the use of biodynamic and organic principles to enhance the expression of terroir, with limited cellar interventions and winemaking focused on the purity of the fruit.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in the Saint-Pourçain area, the estate is planted on clay-limestone and granitic soils of the Massif Central, typical of the Saint-Pourçain subzone.
