The Vin de la Sabla by Les Crêtes is a refined expression of red wine that captures the essence of the Valle d'Aosta, a region known for its unique mountain vineyards. This wine is primarily made from petit rouge, a native variety that deeply reflects the local terroir.

In the glass, Vin de la Sabla presents a vibrant ruby color with purple hues. The nose is rich with intense aromas: ripe red fruits such as cherry and blackberry blend with spicy notes of black pepper and a light herbal touch reminiscent of thyme and the Mediterranean scrub.

The tasting reveals a balanced structure with fine tannins that give it a pleasant drinkability and excellent persistence. The freshness is remarkable, typical of high-altitude wines, which contributes to a pleasant complexity while a slightly mineral aftertaste hints at the mountain rocks.

Vin de la Sabla is a wine that beautifully adapts to a variety of dishes, making it ideal to accompany grilled red meats, mushroom-based dishes, or medium-aged cheeses. It expresses its character best when served at a temperature of 16-18°C.

For collectors and wine lovers, this product from Les Crêtes is an excellent specimen to add to their cellar, capable of evolving well over time thanks to its structure and balance. A true gem of Valdostan viticulture that celebrates the uniqueness of a small piece of Italy.
