Presented in a 70cl bottle, elegantly boxed, the Rozelieures Whisky Finish HSE offers a bright amber color that foreshadows the complexity of its aroma. On the nose, there are intense hints of molasses and tropical fruits, balanced by slightly spicy notes and a subtle touch of vanilla rooted in the oak wood of the rum barrels.
On the palate, the texture is rich and enveloping. The palate is captured by a balanced sweetness that evolves into flavors of candied fruit, cane honey, and black pepper. The finish is long and warm, with an aromatic persistence that leaves memories of cocoa and toasted wood.
This whisky is the result of a meticulous selection of malt and a distillation process that respects the historic tradition of Lorraine, the French area where the Rozelieures distillery originated. The use of HSE rum barrels contributes not only to the depth of flavor but also to a distinctive character that makes this whisky particularly appreciated by connoisseurs.
Ideal for enjoying neat or with an ice cube to enhance its many nuances, the Rozelieures Whisky Finish HSE is an excellent choice for those seeking a sophisticated and diverse tasting experience. It also represents a valuable gift for enthusiasts of unique and high-quality spirits.
