Produced in small batches to ensure the utmost care and quality, the distillation of Rozelieures uses pristine water sourced from the Vosges. This whisky has an alcohol content of 46%, perfectly balanced to enhance all the nuances of taste and aroma.
Visually, the Rozelieures Tourbé presents a bright amber color that anticipates the richness of its bouquet. On the nose, lively peat notes emerge, followed by subtle hints of green apple and light spices. Double distillation in Charentais stills (pot still); the distillery uses two stills with indicated capacities of 3200 L and 1600 L; slow distillation for greater finesse.
Ageing
Maturation in oak casks across multiple cellars and finishing in casks that previously held wines and distillates (finish and double maturation practices). Use of both local oak and foreign oak casks.
