Winery Elena Walch

The brand is named after Elena Walch, an architect by training who joined the Walch family and developed the family vineyards, focusing on quality and cru wines. Over the years the winery has grown in international reputation, and her daughters Julia and Karoline have become part of the family business.

The approach aims to express the terroir through single-vineyard wines, low yields and hand‑harvesting; the estate highlights the identity of individual crus and declares its commitment to sustainable practices, while progressing toward recognized environmental certifications.

The estate's headquarters and main point of sale are located in Tramin/Termeno. The estate owns and cultivates notable vineyards such as the Vigna "Kastelaz" and the Vigna Castel Ringberg near Caldaro/Caldero.
