Winery history Tre Monti

The Navacchia family started the business in the early 1970s after purchasing the farm (1966). Tre Monti was formally established in 1974. Over the years the estate gained recognition for quality (first awards in the 1990s) and pursued cellar experimentation; in 2013 they introduced Georgian amphorae (birth of Vitalba) and consolidated international distribution. Production philosophy

Certified organic production; low-intervention approach in vineyard and cellar, experimentation (macerations, Georgian amphorae, cement tanks) to express the territory and raw material.

Terroir and vineyards

Two main estates on the hills between Imola and Forlì (Podere di Petrignone for the Trebbiano 'Piùttosto'); clay–silt soils; altitude about 150 m asl (for Petrignone vineyard). Appellations: Rubicone IGP, Colli d'Imola, Romagna.
