Albana di Romagna Secco DOCG "Codronchio" from Monticino Rosso presents itself as a restrained white wine, aimed at those who appreciate well-made simplicity. In the glass it shows a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections; on the nose there are delicate notes of white flowers, apple and a slight citrus thread, accompanied by discreet mineral hints. On the palate it is dry, balanced in structure, with lively acidity supporting the sip and a clean finish that recalls the fresh fruit perceived on the nose. The texture stays slender, without excess, and the alcohol is harmonized with the aromatic profile.

It is suitable for everyday drinking and to accompany light dishes of Italian cuisine: seafood antipasti, vegetable first courses, carpaccios and fresh cheeses. It is advisable to serve it chilled, in wide glasses to enhance the olfactory nuances, avoiding temperatures that are too low which can mute the bouquet. Ideal for informal lunches, light dinners or as an accompaniment to convivial moments in warmer months, where its dry character is pleasant and unobtrusive.
