This Albana di Romagna Secco DOCG from Monticino Rosso shows a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose it offers discreet notes of white flowers, apple and pear, accompanied by light citrus hints and a subtle herbal touch. The intensity is restrained yet coherent, without olfactory imbalances. The citrus profiles are complemented by delicate almond nuances and a gentle mineral streak, giving the aromatic profile a pleasantly reserved character.

On the palate it confirms lively freshness and good salinity, supported by a lean body and virtually absent tannins; the finish is dry and sufficiently persistent to maintain balance. It pairs well with seafood starters, baked or roasted fish, shellfish and fresh or soft cheeses, and also works as an aperitif wine for those who prefer a dry, unassuming white. Serve at 8–10 °C.
