Earth & Sky from Thymiopoulos Vineyards is a unique wine originating from the mountainous region of Greek Macedonia, where altitude and mineral-rich terroir give the product an unmistakable personality. This white wine is made from Assyrtiko grapes cultivated using biodynamic methods, an authentic expression of the territory and local winemaking tradition.

Characterized by vibrant freshness and deep minerality, Earth & Sky releases aromas of citrus, white flowers, and saline notes that recall the proximity to the sea and limestone soils. The aging takes place in stainless steel to preserve its integrity and aromatic purity, enhancing the clean and complex character of the variety. Perfect as an accompaniment to fish dishes, shellfish, and light Mediterranean cuisine, this wine embodies the harmony between nature and the hand of man, offering a fresh and refined sensory experience.
