Rosé de Xinomavro - Thymiopoulos Vineyards is born in the region of Naoussa, in northern Greece, a territory famous for the characteristic Xinomavro grape. This rosé elegantly expresses the versatility of a grape traditionally associated with robust red wines, instead offering a fresh and aromatic sip.

With a delicate and inviting pale pink color, the wine presents aromas of fresh small red fruits, such as strawberries and cherries, accompanied by floral hints of rose and a light spicy touch. On the palate, the fresh acidity balances a soft structure and a persistent finish, making this rosé suitable to accompany light Mediterranean dishes, such as summer salads, grilled fish, or vegetable-based appetizers.

The winemaking method, carefully crafted by Thymiopoulos, enhances the delicacy of the grapes, with a controlled low-temperature fermentation that preserves freshness and aromatic purity. A distinguished rosé that gracefully and modernly tells the story of the Greek territory.
