An organic white that well represents the expression of the Etna terroir that the Statella family wants to produce, Etna Bianco is a wine that pours into the glass with a straw yellow color.
On the nose, the sense of smell is inebriated by an intense floral scent of white flowers and fruity aromas.
A fresh wine, with a very pleasant sour note that exalts his natural minerality. A glass pleasing to the palate and easy to drink. Served in combination with fish-based dishes and sushi, it gives the taste a sensational aroma to be savored until the last sip.
