Elegant and contemporary, this Fiano from Salento by Feudo Monaci presents a fragrant but not overpowering profile. In the glass there are hints of white flowers, citrus peel and white peach, supported by a light almond note that gives it character. The sip impresses with the balance between freshness and body: the acidity is lively, the saline texture well present, and the mid-palate shows good substance without weighing it down. The persistence is pleasant, with citrus returns and a clean finish.

It lends itself to multiple pairings: excellent with seafood dishes, shellfish and light soups, it also goes well with flavorful first courses based on vegetables or with fresh cheeses. Drunk young it highlights its freshness, but its texture also makes it interesting alongside more structured preparations. Serve chilled, around 10-12 °C, in a large glass that allows the aromatic profile to express itself without smothering its finesse.
