On the palate it is round and soft, with a sweetness that is present but controlled and a slightly velvety texture that envelops the sip; the finish recalls exotic notes and a vanilla caress that brings harmony to the drinking experience. It is best enjoyed chilled or on ice to keep the fruity component bright, but it also works well in cocktails where guava remains the star. Simple but effective pairings include vanilla or coconut ice cream, fruit desserts and creamy desserts; the contrast with fresh cheeses or a sweet-and-sour glaze for light cakes is also interesting. Packaged in a 70 cl bottle, it is a versatile offering for those seeking an exotic sip without losing balance.
