Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Superiore Corte Aleardi immediately reveals a tactile, enveloping profile. On the nose there are ripe black and red fruits, impressions of plum and cherries preserved in spirits, together with touches of cocoa, sweet tobacco and subtle balsamic notes; the overall impression is warm but not overly opulent, with good depth and a well-defined aromatic texture. The olfactory perception points to an elegant, unobtrusive density that invites a measured sip. A traditional, solid and restrained character is evident, designed for those who seek intensity without vulgarity.

The palate confirms the structure and compactness: full-bodied, tannins present but polished, alcohol warmth well integrated and an acidic thread that keeps the wine lively. The persistence is long, with fruity returns and a slight final bitterness that balances the richness. Ideal with braises, stewed meats and aged cheeses, it also pairs well with mushroom dishes and dark chocolate; serve at a slightly cool cellar temperature to appreciate its balance and depth.
