Bure Alto presents the concentration and softness typical of the Ripasso style: in the glass it shows an intense ruby color and an aromatic profile that highlights ripe red fruit without weighing it down. On the nose cherry and plum emerge, spicy nuances and a hint of cocoa that integrate with fresher notes of aromatic herbs; everything flows on a smooth tannic texture and a good acidity that keeps the sip lively and balanced. The impression is of pleasant compactness, not excessive, with a persistence that invites a second glass.

On the palate it confirms the expected structure: medium-full body, controlled tannins and a warm fruity trail accompanied by a discreet final sapidity. Excellent with flavorful meat dishes, braised dishes and aged cheeses; it also stands up well to mushroom-based preparations or to structured risottos. A slight decanting before serving and a temperature around 16-18 °C are recommended to enhance its elegance and drinkability.
