The Lambrusco Grasparossa Amabile DOC from Cavicchioli presents a soft, inviting character. In the glass it shows a lively ruby red colour with violet highlights; on the nose there are notes of small ripe red fruits, such as raspberry and cherry, accompanied by floral hints and a delicate aromatic sweetness. The sparkle, if present, is gentle and adds freshness to the profile, while the tannic frame remains restrained, supporting the sip without weighing it down.

This is a wine that naturally fits at the table with simple, flavorful dishes: not overly aged cured meats, tomato-based pasta, home-style cooking and fresh or semi-soft cheeses. Serve chilled, around 10–12 °C, to bring out the fruitiness and the balance between sweetness and acidity. Suitable for informal, convivial occasions, it is best enjoyed young to appreciate its liveliness.
