Winery Cavicchioli

Founded in 1928 by Umberto Cavicchioli in San Prospero (province of Modena). The family-run winery has remained active across generations and introduced notable labels such as Vigna del Cristo (1987 — first single-vineyard Sorbara) and Rosé del Cristo (Méthode Classique, 2000).

Emphasis on valorizin​g Modena terroir and native varieties, balancing family tradition with experimentation (cru concepts, Méthode Classique). Production is quality‑oriented with ranges for both mass retail and fine dining.

Vineyards located in the province of Modena, on the plain between the Secchia and Panaro rivers. The estate produces wines linked to local DOCs, including Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce.
