The Pignoletto Emilia-Romagna DOC Frizzante Secco from Cavicchioli is a lively, approachable white that reflects the regional character. In the glass it shows a pale straw color and gentle effervescence supporting a fresh aromatic profile: floral and fruity notes emerge, with hints of green apple and citrus. On the palate it is dry, with pleasant acidity and a subtle salinity that make the tasting clean and easygoing, finishing light and refreshing.

Intended for early consumption, it works well as an aperitif and pairs with starters, light fish dishes, salads and finger food. Serve well chilled, around 6–8 °C, in modest-sized glasses to emphasize the bubbles and freshness. A good everyday white, suited to informal meals and convivial occasions.
