Pairing Social occasions and parties
This sweet white frizzante from Cavicchioli is an easy, approachable wine for those seeking a pleasant, unpretentious aromatic profile. In the glass it shows a bright straw colour and light effervescence; on the nose modest notes of white-fleshed fruit, floral hints and a slight honeyed touch emerge, all restrained. On the palate it is smooth and sweet, yet remains fresh and easy-drinking thanks to the gentle bubbles that cleanse the palate.

Serve chilled: it works well as an aperitif or with lightly structured desserts, dry pastries, fruit tarts and cream-based sweets. It also pairs gently with fresh fruit and soft fresh cheeses. The magnum format is convenient for convivial occasions and sharing; store in a cool place and consume young to enjoy its freshness and fragrance. Recommended service temperature is around 6–8 °C, and tulip or flute glasses help showcase the perlage. Suited to informal celebrations and summer tables.
