Romagna Albana Passito DOCG from Fattoria Monticino Rosso in a 50 cl bottle is a sweet, concentrated offering that showcases the Albana grape in its passito form. In the glass it shows a deep golden colour with amber highlights; on the nose it opens with aromas of ripe fruit and jam, honey, dried flowers and hints of dried fruit. The sweetness is evident but well balanced by a lively acidity that gives freshness and lift, while the body is enveloping and the texture soft. The finish is persistent, recalling dried apricot, candied citrus and a light balsamic note.

It pairs with desserts based on dried or candied fruit, dry pastries and blue cheeses; it can also be served with small savory preparations that require a sweet–salt contrast. Recommended serving temperature around 10–12 °C. To preserve its qualities, store it away from heat and light: the 50 cl bottle makes this passito suitable both for immediate enjoyment and for short-term shared moments.
