The Rum Single Farm Origin Old Bacolet Josh’s Field Pot Still by Renegade is a spirit that tells the essence of a unique terroir, cultivated exclusively in the historic Bacolet plantation, located in Tobago. This artisanal rum is born from a rigorous selection of local sugarcane, best expressing the characteristics of the single batch Josh’s Field, which gives a distinct and rich personality.

The pot still distillation method, traditional and non-industrial, preserves the aromatic complexity, providing an intense and vibrant profile. On the nose, enveloping notes of sweet spices and ripe tropical fruit emerge, accompanied by subtle hints of toasted wood and vanilla. The palate is substantial, with a perfect balance between the natural sweetness of the cane and the spicy nuances, culminating in a long and warm finish that enchants with its refinement.

It is an excellent rum to enjoy neat or accompanied by cigars, but it also lends itself to bold cocktails, ideal for those seeking an authentic experience deeply connected to the Caribbean territory. A true gem for lovers of niche spirits.
